How to choose vendors

Each vendor is verified in 3 steps

First, data-protection documents are reviewed, then access control and logging are checked, and finally whether Dhaka users' traffic can be handled is assessed.

There are separate limits in the KYC flow; only the necessary parts go outside, nothing more.

Sensitive data inside the TKQQ App is kept in separate categories, so the support team cannot view everything without reason.

Contracts and data processing

Written DPAs with all vendors

The contract specifies use, retention, and deletion time limits; no vendor may use TKQQ data for other purposes without TKQQ's permission.

Security reviews track 99.5% uptime, log audits, and access reviews.

What happens when vendor

Change means new notices, not new rules.

TKQQ notifies in advance which vendor is changing and why; old data transfers are performed securely, and unnecessary copies are deleted.

Many Bangladesh users manage accounts with bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, so the payments section has separate monitoring.

When a new vendor is added, only the necessary API access is granted; keeping it minimal reduces risk.

Security, KYC, and data retention

TKQQ App shows four security levels

  • Login data is encrypted
  • KYC files are kept in separate protection
  • Unusual login detected
  • Logs are reviewed for 30 days

This process handles traffic from 131K+ active users; among 61,047 reviews, the most common question is how long data stays.

In plain terms, data is not kept after it's no longer needed, only as long as necessary.

Your rights

You can request 5 things
